Αssociate (Thessaloniki)

Rokas law firm is looking for an associate to join our Thessaloniki office.

 

Role Overview

Advising local and foreign clients on complex transactions, which include financial and European law issues.

 

Key Activities/Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal and transactional documents (in English and Greek).

Providing legal advice on non-contentious matters, performing legal due diligence and drafting respective reports.

Liaising with all parties involved in a case, including clients, counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel, technical and other experts, throughout the process.

Preparing and delivering presentations and written publications on related issues.

 

Requirements

Experience – essential

First Class Degree in Law from a Greek university.

Postgraduate qualification will be considered as a plus.

3-4 years’ experience, preferably in Corporate & Commercial Law.

Excellent English is a must.
