Rokas Law Firm is currently seeking an Associate with experience in Banking & Finance.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising financial institutions and large corporations on regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive advisory services on domestic and international financing transactions and on domestic and on EU regulation of the financial sector.
- Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, corporate finance contracts and other financial instruments, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions and deliver insightful analysis and reports to our valued clients.
Key Requirements:
- An outstanding academic background, preferably in the field of Banking & Finance, complemented by an LL.M. from a renowned law school.
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in relevant legal roles.
- A team player who can collaborate efficiently with colleagues and clients alike.
- A strong client-service orientation, dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
- Unwavering ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding client confidentiality.
