Paralegal in Athens

Rokas Law Firm is seeking a paralegal to join our team in Athens and provide support to our lawyers and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and sending letters addressed by the Law Firm to banks, administrative services of Courts and other institutions.
  • E-filing of documents.
  • Sending and classifying transaction documents and legal documents.
  • Regularly checking of the procedural status of court cases in close collaboration with lawyers.
  • Assist with case planning, development, management and legal research.
  • Gather facts and retrieve information, draft and analyze legal documents and collect, comply and utilize technical information, to make recommendations to a lawyer.


  • Proven long standing experience as a paralegal, in charge of various administration tasks.
  • Holding a University Diploma will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English language (to be assessed).
  • Enthusiasm for the work, driven by ambition and willingness to excel in this role.
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Experience in organization of archives is desired.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legal knowledge including court procedures and government regulations.
