Experienced Banking & Finance Senior Associate needed for our Firm’s Athens offices, responsible for advising international financial institutions and large corporations on regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive advisory services on domestic and cross border financing transactions and on domestic and on EU regulation of the financial sector.
- Draft and review complex loan agreements, security documents, corporate finance contracts, and other financial instruments, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions and deliver insightful analyses and reports to our valued clients.
Key Requirements:
- An outstanding academic background, including postgraduate studies, preferably in the field of Banking & Finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in relevant legal roles.
- A team player who can collaborate efficiently with colleagues and clients alike.
- A strong client-service orientation, dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
- Unwavering ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding client confidentiality.
