    Biography

    Born in Athens, Greece; Member of the Athens Bar since September 1998; authorized to appear before all Greek Courts of all instances

    Head of Rokas’ Banking and Finance team, she has more than 20 years experience in banking, finance and capital markets law and regulation, including large scale projects, as well as cross-border matters. She has been engaged in different aspects of banking and finance law issues, including corporate, structured and project financing transactions, in which she has acted on behalf of the lenders, the hedging counterparties, or syndications; retail banking; provision of payment services; as well as the sale of NPLs. She has also been engaged in all aspects of the legal and regulatory framework relating to the capital markets and the provision of investment services by credit institutions and investment firms, with particular focus, during the last years, on derivatives, debt capital markets and investment banking. She has also acted as legal advisor to a Greek systemic bank with regard to the BRRD I/II framework relating to the resolution of credit institutions.
