Senior Associate Lawyer | Commercial law, M&As, Regulatory
Experienced Senior Associate for our Firm’s Athens offices, responsible for advising on local and cross-border transactions including M&As, infrastructure contracts, and regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive advisory services on domestic and cross-border transactions and on domestic and EU regulation of the financial sector.
- Draft transaction agreements, such as SPAs, JV agreements, Shareholder Agreements and relevant.
- Conduct legal due diligence on corporate transactions and deliver insightful analyses and reports to our valued clients.
- Draft and review complex loan agreements and security documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Providing advice on regulatory matters such as privacy and data protection, KYC.
Key Requirements:
- An outstanding academic background, including postgraduate studies, preferably in the field of corporate contracts.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in relevant legal roles.
- A team player who can collaborate efficiently with colleagues and clients alike.
- A strong client-service orientation, dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
- Unwavering ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding client confidentiality.
- Fluency in (oral and written) English (to be ascertained).
