Αdministrative Assistant

Rokas Law Firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced administrative assistant to assist our leadership in materializing various projects.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Confident, resilient, and discrete, with the ability to respond quickly to requests, manage time and stakeholders effectively, and to work and stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive nature, hardworking, well organized, able to structure and prioritize own work and work without supervision when required
  • A strong, enthusiastic, and supportive team player, able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions, autonomous and self-starter
  • Able to use initiative and make suggestions to change processes where required
  • Highly accurate and have an eye for detail

Skills and experience required:

–  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications

–  Native or bilingual English speaker (excellent writing and verbal abilities)

–  Relevant working experience in a similar role ideally in a law or consulting firm

– High level skills in producing content, proposing concepts, creativity, communication
