Biography

Born in Athens, Greece; Member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006, authorized to appear before all Greek Courts of Appeal.

Anna specializes in the provision of legal services, with a primary focus on banking & financial services law and regulatory compliance, tourism & leisure, and international arbitration, including sports arbitration.

Her expertise primarily lies in the negotiation and drafting of bond loan agreements, syndicated bond loan agreements, and the associated collateral documentation. She also possesses extensive experience in the field of corporate and commercial law, advising businesses on corporate legal matters and day-to-day transactions. Her practice encompasses the handling of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and transfers of undertakings.

Her professional activities include the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, the conduct of legal due diligence in both domestic and cross-border transactions, and the implementation of corporate governance frameworks and GDPR compliance policies. She also provides comprehensive legal advice to companies in the hospitality sector on all aspects pertaining to their operations (incl. corporate, commercial, construction etc.). In addition she has provided legal services to various sports bodies, advising on sports law, disciplinary proceedings, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution.

Anna is also active in international arbitration as counsel and advisor, primarily in commercial (incl. corporate, construction etc.), financial and sports disputes.
