Evanthia Kotzairaki

Born in Athens, Greece; member of the Athens Bar Association since 2025; authorized to appear before all Greek Courts of First Instance.

Eva has experience in the fields of corporate, commercial, insurance, and civil law. Her work includes drafting legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, processing of filings before any competent authorities and the handling of corporate-related services such as drafting GM and BoD Minutes and conducting due diligence.
