Born in Thessaloniki, Greece; Member of the Thessaloniki Bar since 2002; authorized to appear before all Greek Courts of all instances.

Georgios is a commercially focused legal adviser and litigator with extensive experience advising corporate entities, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. He has held senior associate roles in leading law firms in Thessaloniki and Athens and has served as Chief Legal Officer of a corporate group listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and the Belgrade Stock Exchange. In this role, he advised senior management on corporate governance, strategic transactions, and regulatory matters.

His practice focuses on corporate structuring, commercial contracts, employment law, and investments, with particular emphasis on the hospitality, food and beverage, and retail sectors, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Thessaloniki Bar Association. His legal research and articles have been published in reputable legal journals and in the newspapers Aggelioforos and Naftemporiki.
