Kosmas Karanikolas specializes in insurance regulatory issues, providing mainly advisory legal services (drafting of legal advice on insurance-related issues, preparation of explanatory notes for apprehension of the standing legislation, conduct of due diligence as well as drafting and review of insurance contracts). He also deals with various aspects of M&A transactions and energy projects.
