She specializes in the provision of legal services mainly on issues of corporate law and finance. Her work includes the review of contracts, conduct of legal research and provision of legal advice on a plethora of legal issues with an emphasis on corporate and commercial law, energy law, maritime law and insurance law; the preparation and processing of necessary regulatory filings before any competent Authorities; drafting of legal due diligence reports with respect to energy law.
