In May 2017, a company of the Yannis & Tina Daskalantonakis Group, acquired the management of the well known Park Inn Hotel in Sofia, succeeding Rezidor of the Radisson Group. The new management’s legal representation in the negotiation and signing of the management agreement was undertaken by Rokas’ Athens and Sofia law firms.
