The first edition of “Distribution of Insurance Products after the implementation of the IDD”, by Professor Dr Ioannis Rokas, Senior Partner of Rokas (Athens), has recently been published (in Greek) by Sakkoulas.
It is the first book on the new Greek legal framework. As the IDD Directive 2016/97 was harmonised by law 4583/2018, which introduced a number of national novelties and abolished the previous legal framework, the book includes critical remarks and comments, by article, of the new law.
The book also includes the full texts of IDD, IBIPs, POG, IPID, PRIIPs & KID, making it a useful tool for all professionals in the insurance field.
