Rokas (Athens) has contributed to the Energy Investment Risk Assessment (EIRA) Report for a third consecutive year

Rokas Partners Mira Todorovic Symeonides and Dr. Charalampos (Harris) Synodinos have contributed, for a third consecutive year, to the Energy Investment Risk Assessment (EIRA) Report/Greece Chapter – a publication by the Energy Charter Secretariat . The main objective of the Energy Investment Risk Assessment (EIRA) is to evaluate legal risk in the energy sector and includes indicators on foresight of policy and regulatory charges, management of decision-making processes, regulatory environment and investment conditions and Rule of law (compliance with national and international obligations).
