Rokas successfully handled an insurance claim under a casualty cover following a fire incident that destroyed a part of the factory of Sunlight SA in Northern Greece, one of the world’s top energy storage manufacturers. Litigation was avoided and a settlement at € 66m was reached within few months of the incident. This is the largest ever amount paid in out of court settlement of an insurance claim and in such a short period.
